My insurance company site will not allow me to access it and keep getting above error message.
I’ve cleared cache and cookies
checked it’s not my antivirus
tried a friends phone
still the same result.
Any ideas??

Did I misread your original question?
Is it true that you tested the same connection (to no avail) using a friend's iphone too? Should be this case, that cannot be related to your iPhone; most likely the error is related to your credentials/account to access that company. Don't you think so?

They might have developed the site so that it needs to be reached via a different browser (not Safari or Google Search).

I have no idea but can’t be credentials as I don’t get that far. Just click on the name of the website in google and up it comes.
using this company for years.
you are probably right - not the iPhone but wondered if I had inadvertently turned on something by mistake.
