What is going on with the battery life?

My iPhone used to have a wonderful battery life: it could be about 9 hours of screen usage totally for a couple of days or even more. Now please have a look at this screen - battery goes from 100 to 19% having just 1.5 hours of active screen for 2 days! Usage scenario and program set has not been changed from the very beginning. I have started to use this iPhone since the beginning of 2020:

Battery health reports that I have 98% of max capacity. How come?!

P. S. No, I am not going to do 'Reset' now and see how it goes afterwards. Instead, I want to figure out, what is happening... Is it iOS 14.6 issue? Or battery degraded so much, but capacity is not reported correctly?

The left part of the level meter shows just over 50% yesterday and just under 25% now. I don't know dropping 25% in 24 hours is all that drastic. Depending upon what features you have running the iPhone will always be using some power. My iPhone SE which I only use truly for only a few minutes per day, but I leave on 24/7, needs recharging every 4 days or so.

98% sound very good for battery health.

I have shown the screenshot to emphasize, that I have been barely using my iPhone (only 1.5 hours for two days as you can see from the screenshot). All the rest of time it was in idle mode. And my battery dropped from 100% to 19%. At the same time, previously I had 8-9 hours of screen for the same two days or even more. When I use my iPhone now - I literally can see how rapidly the percents are going down: not like before. What is this? I suspect only two things:

1) iOS 14.6 bug;

2) my battery health is not 98% in reality: it is semi-dead.
