I recently changed my region from Pakistan to Turkey and trying to add a payment method, my local Maestro card wasn’t accepted so I am trying with my Pakistan Visa and MasterCard which are also not being accepted.
How can I add it funds to my Apple ID to resume me subscriptions which are cancelled due to switching region?

"Make sure that the billing address for your payment method matches the billing address for your Apple ID. In some cases, you might need to call your bank or financial institution to authorize international or online purchases. You might also need to confirm that the mobile number associated with your payment method is correct."
You apparently can use a card issued in a different country but it has to be billed to you at an address that is in the country to which your iTunes and App Stores are set. This requirement makes it difficult to use a card from a different country.

One of hte requirement is that you have no balance in your Apple Account when you change countries. Subscriptions are also not continuous and you have to subscribe to them starting new in the new country.
No, the funds won't be available. You can't change the store/region with money on your Apple ID. You have to zero balance the account.
I have used the same card on App store to pay for my iCloud space and also added funds to Apple ID through this card when my country was Pakistan.
Now it is not working even if I provide local billing address of Turkey.
Is it possible that I revert back to Pakistan, add funds to Apple ID (wallet) and then switch to Turkey, will my Apple ID funds be available to me?

Yes I have seen the article, and my subscriptions are already cancelled when I switched the region.
Now the challenge is my non-Turkey credit cards are not being accepted, how do I add funds to my Apple ID or use my local Maestro card?
I need funds to resume my subscriptions and buy new.

Not all cards are accepted and Apple doesn't have a list of specific ones that are and are not.
Why Don’t apple support nickel mastercards?
