How do I contact Apple Support using FaceTime Audio?

So I have a need to contact Apple Support to open a claim for a lost iPhone in Costa Rica.

How do I do that with my iPad (12.9 Pro brand new)?

I also have a watch (6…latest etc)

Can Apple support ask you to share your screen when you call them? Hello, from the Apple support website, i requested a phone call. I was told it would take around 2 minutes for a representative to call me back. Less than 1 minute later, i was called by the phone number on the website ... The operator guided me through several steps I could use to fix the issues. I wasn’t seeing or getting the options they were expecting me to have on my screen. So i would try to describe what shows up (or not) on my screen with each step. None of their options worked, so a minute or so later, they asked to see my screen so they can guide me better. Once they were able to share the screen, they guided me through several sets of steps. after 15-20 minutes (because the phone had to be restarted and the watch reset and paired again), the issues were finally fixed. Throughout the screen sharing time, i was asked to go to “Bluetooth” in settings and also “About”, “software update” on the watch app on my phone. i know it is a little too late to worry about a scam/hack, but i am concerned now because i have never heard of such method to fix issues. Is screen sharing with an Apple operator a thing? Thank you.

Watch Hard Fall My mother fell yesterday and we received the hard fall notice/call. Today we are still receiving texts telling us "Hard Fall SOS" My approximate location has changed: and gives us new coordinates on her location. Do we need to reset something? How do we stop these texts?

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.

Use one or more of the applicable support categories.
