I can barely hear someone calling me. Is it just dirty

If you have tried everything in the article you came here from and it didn't work jump to the last step and contact Apple.

I once had a software issue where the call audio came out of the bottom speakers instead of the regular ones. Try shutting down your phone and starting it again. Or clean the top speakers.
