How can I prevent Facetime showing up in my computer screen as soon as I receive a call in my iPhone?

Without any notice, all of a sudden my computer opens Facetime as soon as I receive a phone call iin my iPhone. I have tried everything to disable it, to no avail.

Can you please help?

Open FaceTime app on your Mac, then from menubar FaceTime > Preferences > Settings and turn off Calls From iPhone.

If you don't want to get FaceTime calls too, then change/disable phone number(s)/email addresses you can be reached for FaceTime calls at.
