You can’t. You can block calls from all numbers not in your contacts (Settings/Phone/Silence Unknown Callers), but not selectively. Your carrier may have an option to block calls that don’t send CLID, so check with them. OTOH, as these calls all appear to be at a time when you are sleeping you can use Scheduled Do Not Disturb (Settings/Do Not Disturb).
