VO2 Max

I want to measure my VO2 max but I don't have the option under the "Activity" tab in Health App.

How can I do this?

VO2Max is not recording Throughout the years of extensive outdoor running activities, I have never faced such problem regarding VO2Max. The last calculated VO2Max was shown in September 1, 2022 and even though there’s lots of outdoor running sessions for over 20 Days, the Health Application doesn’t show the updated VO2Max. Is there anyone who’s facing this and what’s your suggestions to fix it. Thanks a lot.

Open the Health app >Tap Browse [At the bottom RHS] > Respiratory > Cardio Fitness (This is the measure of VO2)
