Apple TV Duplicates In iOS Remote

When I use the Apple TV remote built into control center, there’s a duplicate of one of my Apple TVs and only one of them works. I’ve reset and re-synced everything a couple times and that fixes it temporarily, but the duplicate always comes back. It’s not a show-stopper, but it is pretty annoying. Any ideas?

Thanks for taking a look :)

Are you sure it's a duplicate? The iOS Remote app will detect any and all Apple TVs within range including any your neighbor's may have.

The best way to avoid this, is to name your Apple TV something specific and unique rather than just "Apple TV Living Room". Or something generic like that.

If the duplicate returns with the same name you gave to your Apple TV, then there may be an issue If you see the entry again but if it retains the original name, then you know it's different Apple TV altogether.
