Hi,
I have been experiencing the log in error pictured on my iPhone 12 (both iOS & app up to date) for months now.
It’s not a FB problem as I can easily log in on my laptop or other people’s iPhones.
i have even tried resetting the network settings as well as my whole phone and nothing is working.
any help is appreciated

Do you have a VPN installed? That can cause issues. If you do, delete it. Have you tired deleting and re-installing the Facebook app?

Hi Jack,
it’s a setting on my phone creating the issue that I can’t work out. I know it’s not as FB issue as stated above.
i have previously had a VPN installed! I’ll play around with that and see if it works.

yep have deleted and reinstalled.
Delete the fb app and then what do I do to get the app back? Wouldn’t I have to reinstall it?
also, checked for VPN and nothing there.

Sorry, I missunderstood, I thought you meant you deleted the VPN app then re-installed it.

Good luck! No ones been able to fix mine yet. I can log in to fb on any other phone/pc etc but my own and Apple don’t seem to have a fix.
Have you had this issue fixed yet? Same thing is happening to me with iPhone 12 Pro. I can sign into Facebook on my iPad or safari or anything other than my phone.
Nope! Still cant use the app. I’ve tried everything.
