How on EARTH do you UPDATE your billing address?!! Not remove the payment method. Not add another payment method. Just update the billing address for the one and only payment method for the apple id. Super garbage UI not being able to use the mobile OR desktop app.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. To update a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

Settings > Your Name > Payment & Shipping > Log in > Add Payment... > Choose Card or PayPal > Enter the info > Done.
Thank you for the reply however you have not answered the question. I do not want to add payment. I want to edit the current payment method.
By selecting a card it should reveal details such as billing address which you can edit.
