when I login on my Apple ID with email, and apple sent be a message to ask my verification code from a phone number that is not mine!!!! I guess someone who change Apple ID phone number. Please someone tell me how to change it back and login.
First you need to be able to get a verification code so you can sign into your Apple ID. See if anything here helps. If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.

You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. You may have to add the new number before you can remove the old number. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
