since I update my MacBook Pro 2017 becomes almost useless, the boot times are about 5min or more and once it boots the login screen is super slow, and every key that I press for my password stays pressed until I press delete on the key board, that makes my laptop useless. Once I finally put my password the laptop works normally

If this issue continues after those resets, let's do some testing to narrow down the issue.

Run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
To look for possible software issues (especially if Safe Mode works better) run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. If you give EtreCheck "Full Disk Access", then a summary of the most recent system logs will also be included which may include clues.
Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.
Connect the charger directly to the laptop as some multi-port adapters, docks, and hubs may not allow the full power of the charger to reach the laptop.
