I can't unlock my apple watch

My apple watch is locked, i didn't use it for more than a year and it's impossible to unlock it with my phone. But it's the phone i use to pair it when i got it. Now it doesn't recognize the watch, can't find the watch in the watch app on the phone.

What should i do ?
