Why you closing my account and now I cannot download any application in my App Store please just open my I cloud account in order to enjoy my I phone XR

please I need help my App Store account had been closed by apple and now I cannot download any thing ,this had happened after I blaming for the BANK after apple to take my money in my bank account and sell for me some applications in App Store then when I tried to use those application the application didn’t work so please I need a help in order to open my account.
