iWatch service

I sent my watch in because it would not power on. I got an email on Tuesday (July 6) that a replacement watch is "on it's way" via fedex. Every time I look up the tracking number it states that the watch hasn't even reached the facility (only that the label was created). So when can I expect my watch?
