FaceTime issues in iOS 14.6

Ever since updating my iPad 8th gen wifi to iPad OS 14.6, I am unable to make any FaceTime calls to anyone. The call automatically disconnects after connecting momentarily. I have tried all troubleshooting solutions from setting date and time to restarting and also resetting the network settings but nothing works. I have found many people in online forums with same issue but no solution. Also I think the problem is not only FaceTime but a deeper bug in iOS. Because every third party app i have tried to use (Zoom, Meets, Teams) faces similar audio issues (no audio after few minutes into call) ever since my update, and same is the problem with many i have come acrosss online. This is very frustrating. Such a major issue and Apple is yet to even make an acknowledgme, leave a bug fix in an update.
