14.6 Update

My aunt’s iPhone 8 Plus since this update keeps having the screen freeze, doing a soft reset doesn’t work, she doesn’t have a computer so can’t do an iTunes backup and reboot, now lines showing on the screen to sometimes then all goes away and works fine for a while then back to the above issues again! Any hope of a fix??
