Please follow these solutions to fix the issue.


> Restart your iPhone. Do not skip this step. Open iPhone Settings app > General > Shut Down. After one minute, switch on your iPhone again.


> Restart your router. This, too, will help.


> Make sure you are not using any VPN on your iPhone or your Wi-Fi router.


> Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Store using your Apple ID. You will see your Apple ID profile picture in the top right of the App Store screen if you are signed in.


> Make sure you do not have any problem with the added payment method. If you never added a payment method, you may skip this step.


> At last, if nothing works, you may reset all settings. This will not delete personal data like photos, videos, music, apps, app data, but all settings will be restored to the default state. You will have to add or customize your preferred settings again. To reset: Open iPhone Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Once this completes, try downloading an app. It should work.
