Please do not pay anything over mail unless you are sure of where it is from.

It could be Phishing

Can you specify which Apple service are you referring to? I ask because all Apple purchases are charged directly to the payment method listed and linked to the Apple ID on your iPhone. I am, therefore, not sure which "Apple Service" is requesting payment from an email. Please provide more details without disclosing any personal information. Thanks.

I had a request to apple support for replacement of my battery. They did not send me any details of the case to my mail then which I expected they would do, but told me I would be receiving a box to deliver the phone for repair. Now I received a mail to pay for the replacement service and it came to my personal email and not iCloud mail probably because I gave my personal email when he asked for it. It says only 2 days left for the payment. So I am a bit confused and doubtful if I should pay from the link in the mail they send me.

As you may have sensed it, this appears to be a legitimate email from Apple for payment for the requested battery replacement service. You probably gave them your personal email address (confirm this) and Apple wrote to you on that email address.

BEFORE you decide to make the actual payment, I recommend that you contact Apple once again and get a confirmation that the email actually came from Apple. This way there are no doubts in your mind and then you can make the payment comfortably. Contact Apple the way you did originally to initiate the repair.
