Unlocked carrier sim

I purchased this device in United States (Florida) which was unlocked that time. Then I started to use lycamobile carrier I used that one last 3 month.but now I came India but the Indian mobile carrier sim is not supported.so I had conversation with lycamobile and they said I have to contact apple support team. Bellow it’s my device info. Request your assistance to unlock SIM carrier so I can use this Phone in India.
