Yesterday i saw that my goal 364/365 days activity . But at the morning i saw 0/365!! it has been reset! why????

I haven't received the achievement; it's empty

Activity rings This past month; I closed all three rings everyday and expected to get the “perfect month” award, but somehow my exercise goal said it wasn’t met 2 days out of the month, but I checked each day, and it was. Can anyone help me with this?

Fitness App I have noticed recently my fitness app no longer displays monthly goals or awards from the past. Did the latest iOS update take that away? How are we supposed to track our goals when they’re no longer shown?

Try restarting both devices. Maybe some kind of sync problem with iCloud, that will eventually fix itself automatically.
