How can I find out if my phone has been jailbroke

Jailbreak? Unlikely. If you have lost physical control of your device and if your passcode is known, factory reload, and re-set everything, including all passwords. All passwords. All passwords. All of them.

If your environment has been compromised (if!), you’re headed for a global password re-set; all user and all website and all app passwords. New and unique values for all passwords.

But I don’t (yet) see anything posted here that clearly indicates a security compromise.
