Bottom panel squeak MacBook Pro

I bought a new MacBook Pro M1, I ran into a problem that when you press the lower panel of the laptop in the middle, or a little further from the edge, there is a strange squeak / creak, the sound is similar to electric. Has anyone encountered such a problem? How critical and dangerous is it?

Brand New MacBook Creaking So about a week ago I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro M1 and recently I have noticed when I move it while its open in makes creaking noises within the keyboard area or hinge or trackpad. It's not like it keeps doing it over and over in the same spot but instead across the whole device making it random and un coordinated like throwing a dart blind folded. It isn't affecting the performance of the computer though the noises that it makes are pretty annoying for someone like me whose ears are always on and alert all the time. I would think that maybe this is either a manufacturing defect or something is loose across the whole build but I came here to here others perspectives and if anyone else shares my problem.

Something's loose inside my Macbook Pro 2020 Hey, so I had recently bought a Macbook Pro M1 2020 and I've noticed that when the screen is up something inside makes weird noise when shaked up and down as if there was some significant part slightly loose. It's nothing loud and what's interesting is that it's completely quiet when the screen is closed. Is this something I should be concerned about?

macbook air 2019 creaking noise. I have the latest MacBook Air (2019) and I bought it almost 3 weeks ago...Sometimes when I touch it or add some pressure on it I hear a little creaking noise right and top of the laptop...Is it something that I should worry about and how can I fix it? I consider that maybe a screw makes this noise but I'm not sure.

This is almost impossible to answer without experiencing the issue and diagnosing it. Your M1 MacBook Pro is less than 1YR old and therefore is still covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it. Have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center to get a resolution/explanation. You may also contact ➔ Apple Support
