Apple wallet

I started go into apple wallet to set up and somehow deleted where I can save event tickets. When I go to App Store it just down loads the wallet where I can store cards. When I try to put event tickets in the apple wallet I get gibberish that comes on my screen.

Apple Wallet Every time I try to present tickets independently of Apple wallet it keeps popping up and interfering with the transaction so I’m unable to get important tickets read by scanners. This happens whenever I invert the phone for the ticket scanners. How do I turn Apple wallet off. It’s causing me a lot of problems!

Contact the agency that issued the ticket to know if the ticket is compatible with the Apple Wallet app.
