Can’t download a movie

I have increased my storage to 200 GB, Which shows 29.4 GB of 200 GB used so that should be plenty of room for me to download a movie, what could be the problem?

It is impossible to increase the amount of RAM or internal storage in your iPad - as this is fixed during manufacture; what you have is fixed for the life of your device. 


You can, however, subscribe to a higher tier of iCloud storage - but this is not a substitute for internal storage.

Subscribing to a higher tier of iCloud storage does not increase the available storage of your iPad. The only remedy to having too little available space on your device is to identify and remove unwanted data. You may find these help pages offer some useful information and insight:
