not getting instagram verification code sent to my icloud email

I hope you will help me.My problem is that I am not receiving any email from instagram.I have requested reset password for my instagram account.But not received any email from them.I have linked this email to my instagram account.I will be thankful to you if you help me to get email from instagram.
