We understand you are having an issue with your movie rental and we're happy. Is the movie being streamed or have you downloaded it to the device? The reason we're asking because we noticed your Wi-Fi signal does not appear to be strong and stable, which can cause an issue with streaming and getting it downloaded to the device. Do you have another Wi-Fi connection you can test it with that is strong and stable?
Also, does the same issue occur after restarting the device using the steps here: Restart your iPhone ?
