Without jailbreaking a device, is there a way to transfer iOS game data from one phone to another?

I know that some apps keep their data on iCloud, yet many do not, especially older apps. Is there no way to transfer data outside of jailbreaking a device? Is there any simple app found online that might make the transfer from an iPhone SE with iOS 12 to an iPhone 12 with iOS 14?

I'd hate tools all of this data, but I don't know of any way to move it from one computer to another--(especially my original Doodle Jump :)) I thought Game Center would do it.

Any help would help.
