Hi miller2587,
Thanks for posting your FaceTime issues in the Apple Support Communities! We'd be glad to see how we can help. We understand that you're concerned about your recipient's tile being too small. We also noticed that you're receiving an error symbol while you're on FaceTime. Are you currently on a Group FaceTime call?
If so, you'll want to check out Use Group FaceTime on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, as it states:
"Get help
If you see a triangle with an exclamation mark , it might mean the connection is slow or other users are streaming audio or video on the same network. You and your recipients need a strong cellular or Wi-Fi connection to use Group FaceTime. Over Wi-Fi, FaceTime requires a broadband connection."
In addition, when you're on a Group FaceTime call, your recipient's tiles will automatically become larger when they're speaking if you have the correct settings enabled. To check this, you'll want to see if the Speaking option is toggled on by going into your Settings app > FaceTime > Automatic Prominence.
Although, if these features aren't working properly for you, you may want to consider completing the steps in the related article to uninstall the iOS beta software from your iPhone to use your device normally. If you'd like to continue using the beta software, be sure to report any issues to the Feedback Assistant App.
All the best!
