How do I retrieve my account if I forgot my password and I no longer have the phone number thats linked to my icloud?

Start with this:
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you don't have access to any trusted devices, and you don't have access to the trusted phone number anymore, you can still start account recovery. But you must know what the trusted phone number was.
