What will i do to make my iPhone8 screen to stop pressing it self

See if it is a temporary glitch by performing a "forced" restart of your 8, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem. contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
