screen lock is off and one of my apps will not rotate. ipad gen 4

I just bought the iPad Air gen4. One of my apps will not rotate to landscape. I checked and the screen lock is off. How do I fix this?

Not all apps have rotation capability, as per this support article:--> Rotate the screen on your iPad - Apple Support
