My iPad pro-Otterbox case is broken. I bought the product in 2019 on Apple's website. I am entitled to the Otterbox 'lifetime warranty, which lasts 7 years after the purchase date. I tried to claim this warranty from the Otterbox website but was met with ' go the online store you purchase your Otterbox from'.
How do I do redeem my Otterbox warranty from apple?

You need to call and pres OTTERBOX to honour their warranty!
This is an Otterbox product and Otterbox issue. NOT Apple's.
Otterbox cases are NOT an Apple product!
You need to “hound” Otterbox!
