Here is how to delete apps: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Here are the built-in apps that can be deleted: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 14 or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

If the app is only in the App Library, press and hold the app there, and select delete.

If you have Screen Time enabled, check that app deletion is enabled there. Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.

If you should have an add-on VPN client app or an add-on “security” app, disable and remove (all of) that, and try your FitOn app deletion again.
