I have an active lifestyle due to which I use a sport band (the holes one) and I time to time keep on removing the straps to clean them.
This time when I was trying to remove the strap, it didn’t come out, the small part is stuck. The longer part came out easily, but the smaller one is stuck.
Very Strange.

Pressing down those little buttons is the key thing.
If still stuck, run some warm water over the connection point. It’s perhaps just seized up with grime and hopefully that loses it.
