Can’t find printers

Both printers have AirPrint but iPhone/ iPad won’t recognize

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Hi,


You may want to try the following procedure: Power off the router, the printers, the iPhone and the iPad, and all other devices and computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printers. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone and the iPad. Finally, power on all other devices and computers. Any change? If not, please post back with details (including printer and router models).
