Will all my messages, voiced mail and voice memos be saved if my carrier has me change my SIM card

Your Voice Memos and Voice Mails will be saved on your iPhone even when you change the SIM card. This is because the SIM card does not hold any data other than the credentials to log on to the carrier’s cellular network.
If your Phone Number is being changed, then you may lose your voicemails unless your carrier agrees to transfer them to your phone number. Voice Memos, on the other hand, will remain on your iPhone even if you change your phone number.
