safari not working on t-mobile

Safari does not work using MacBook pro and t-mobile internet connection. It works fine on cox, but not t-mobile. I had the same problem at two locations. Why won't safari work on a t-mobile internet connection. By the way, firefox works fine.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11
