How do I retrieve deleted email

If they are not in the trash folder, you'll have to contact your email provider to see if they can retrieve them for you.

To Clarify:

If your eMail is in a mailbox on your computer, then you would export the mailbox(es) containing these deleted eMails.. Boot up a Mac or a PC, leaving it disconnected from the Internet (so that it does not sync with eMail server). Then export it to an external device while it is not syncing with the eMail server.. Once exported, import it to the mail application you are using. All will be back.

OK.....but you don't know if the OP has an IMAP mail account. If they do, which is most mail accounts these days, once an email is deleted it is deleted everywhere.
