Can apple iPad Air 4th generation be charged with wireless chargers?

Absolutely NOT.

No iPad can inductively, wirelessly charge.

You need an electrically isolated glass and magnetic area, like on an iPhone or Watch to be able to do wireless, inductive charging.

iPads have no such area on their all aluminium back chassis.

At the present moment, no iPads have the capability to wirelessly charge.
