Is it possible to change the language of "Handwriting input" to Russian?

Romanian handwriting recognition. Can anyone manage to use Apple hand writing in Romanian? At list is there a neutral languages that I can chose so the tablet to recognize the writing and not to correct it in English. This way maybe we can use the pen for automatic text conversion.
