I was wondering if my non-jailbroken Iphone could have been hacked, infected with malware/spyware or any other virus since i did not install updates for more than a year, and it is still on IOS 13.1 software?

It all depends on how you have used your device and what information you have shared with others.
Update it now (iOS) and If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple ...
You will be safe again.
I used it as I always do. I don't believe anyone compromised my Apple ID since, even I forget the password every other day, and besides my Iphone is not synched with Icloud, I don't have any backup nor any of my files from my Iphone go to Icloud, and generaly I don't use Icloud. I was just curious if I maybe accidentally might have clicked a link or something by browsing the web or something and that to infect my phone and possibly steal my info/bank account etc.
Can Iphone be hacked if it's not fully updated?
