Alarm icon

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are having issues with alarm icon displaying even when no alarm is present. We would love to help you with this. 

If you haven’t already, restart your iPhone to see if the issue persists: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then, if you have any alarms in your Clock app that are disabled, try deleting them to see if the icon goes away: How to set and manage alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support

Lastly, check to make sure you Bedtime disabled: Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone - Apple Support
