My iPhone 7 Plus is not connecting with the Apple Watch S 6. Once you pair, it says software update and if you click then it says update failed. My phone is upto the date with IOS 14.6.
Can someone please advise on how this can be fixed?

I unpaired the watch with other phone, but it still gives error to update the phone and then it fails and says no internet connection despite the fact that the phone has internet.
Appreciate if anyone can advise on how I can resolve this.

Thanks, I will find out if it’s paired in the other iPhone and will unpair and turn off the activation lock and will keep you posted on the status.
