Request a refund for a service bought last year

Hi All,

I bought subscription to 'Serie A Pass' last year December 2020 and they closed the service 30th June 2021, I got the notification below to my email:

All members who subscribed to Serie A Pass via the Apple Store and have an active licence beyond June 30th 2021 should contact Apple Support to request a pro-rata refund.

Tried to go to reportaproblem.apple.com however I couldn't find the application subscribed older than February this year.

is there a way to request for refund beside this web page?

This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. You cannot request a refund here. I would suggest that you use the get support link at the top of the page to contact Apple directly for help with this.

of course I know I cannot request refund here. what I would like to know if there is another way since the page apple provided could not load the app subscribed older than February this year. I have tried reportaproblem.apple.com, there is no option to contact apple support directly from there as well.
