Battery issue
my battery health decreased 3% in short period even after i dont do heavy usage or over use

Apple does not consider an iPhone's battery needing replacement unless it cannot maintain, at least, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles. Is this the case for your phone? If not, then there shouldn't be anything wrong with your phone's battery.
