You can’t merge data from the old phone to the new one if you want everything, but you can sync a lot of data. To see what you can sync on each phone go to Settings/your name]/iCloud. You can turn on switches on both phones, and the data will sync as if by magic.
The alternative requires resetting the new phone to factory settings→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support, then following these instructions→Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Data transfer is done during setup. If you've already set up the iPhone and did not transfer any data, then you need to restore the iPhone and set it up again and choose to transfer data this time.

I just bought a new iPhone 12 Pro and all my information has been updated from my old I phone x and I don’t have data and my phone only runs on wifi please help me I had this phone for 2 hours and they said it takes 30 minutes for my data to come but it been 2 hours😭
Please explain calmly and in detail what the issue is. Your post is a bit confusing.
If it is not getting cellular service, then you probably have not transferred the sim card form the old iPhone into the new one. Or setup cell service on the nw one with your carrier.
Look at the new iPhone 12 Pro and see if all the data you want is there. There's no way for us to tell you what to check for because we have no idea what data you had on the old iPhone.
The Basic thing to check for, is Apps, Photos, Mail accounts and Messages should be the same on the new iPhone as they were on the older one.
