Hi there.

If you're seeing lines on your phone screen, it is most likely a hardware problem. Have you dropped your phone lately, or has it been exposed to any liquids?

Check if you are covered under AppleCare+ or under warranty. In any case, you can set up an appointment to get your screen replaced.
