I was unable to download apps even facebook messenger and youtube application.
Already done some troubleshooting like registering apple id again, delete application and settings and installing again.
Tried and tried at different time still the message below is encountered.

Is this happening with every app you try to download?
Have you tried testing the issue after restarting the iPad?
Does the issue continue after connecting to a different Wi-Fi network?
